1. Chobani Greek Yogurt: I start every morning with Chobani greek yogurt. In short, I’m obsessed, and because greek yogurt has so many health benefits, I’ve recently been looking for ways to incorporate it into other meals. I came across this list of “replacements” that tells you how to use greek yogurt (Chobani, specifically) in place of things like mayonnaise, oil, and cream cheese. I just tried my first Chobani substitution — using 0% fat vanilla greek yogurt in place of oil in a batch of muffins — and it was delicious. I’m officially hooked!
2. Aveeno: We’ve all got our go-to beauty products, and for me, I couldn’t live without Aveeno. I start my mornings with Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer, which is SPF 15 (so it covers my moisture needs and protects my skin from the sun). As someone with a hybrid between oily and dry skin, finding the perfect moisturizer is a must, and this one keeps my skin hydrated while preventing me from breakouts. It feels light and it smells amazing, too.
3. List-Making: It’s no secret that I tend to be a pretty high-stress individual. I’m always on a quest to find ways to keep my anxiety under control. List-making is one way I do that. I make lists when I’m starting to feel overwhelmed; when I’m feeling motivated and have a lot I want to accomplish; and when I just have a lot of thoughts bouncing around in my head. The next time you’re feeling like you’re in over your head, I highly recommend taking a moment to make a list of all the things you’re thinking about and organizing them into smaller tasks. I promise it will help!
