Steph’s Smitten List: Cloth Napkins, Eye Masks, Indoor Plants

This week I’m positively smitten with:

1. Cloth Napkins: Not just any cloth napkins, the cloth napkins my sister makes by hand as part of her effort to reduce waste. Earth Heart Cloth Napkins by Dee’s Goods are reusable, eco-friendly, economical, and designed to replace your average paper napkin. They’re all one-of-a-kind and made to order, and they’re beautiful! I have a few sets that I use every day. I’m proud of my sister for putting the time into making these cloth napkins to protect the planet, and I feel good using them because of it!

2. Eye Masks: I’m naturally an early riser, but my eyes tend to be the last part of me that want to be awake. If your eyes feel dry, itchy, and tired in the mornings, or you’re seeing dark circles, I introduce to you Hot/Cold Therapeutic Bead Pearl Gel Eye Masks; I bought mine at CVS years ago and find it to be just what I need to reduce puffiness and wake my eyes up in the morning. I prefer the cool feeling around my eyes, so I keep mine in the fridge and wear them during breakfast, but wearing them hot is effective too.

3. Indoor Plants: It would be nice to have a job that involves the outdoors, but I love what I do and it just so happens to take place inside at a desk. That’s why I’m grateful for plants that thrive indoors! In fact, there are many plants that not only do well indoors but also improve the health of your home or office. My work life would not be the same if I did not have a plant on my desk at all times! My philodendron is easy to care for, adds a touch of nature and beauty, and brings a little life to my work bubble. Plus it makes me happy.
