What Are You Positively Smitten With This Week?



I’m positively smitten with taking care of myself. Whether it be drinking almond milk and carrying water wherever I go, or pushing hard in my workout and having a rigid skin care routine, I’ve found a way to make most healthy habits something I feel good about and look forward to.


I’m positively smitten with my best friend (and, okay, if you want to get technical, boyfriend), Bill. He is a wonderful person and I’m lucky to spend every day with him. He helps hold me up when I’m feeling weak, and he’s pretty nice, too — he even lets me have the last bite of shared desserts. 😉

  1. Steph I like the positive approach about looking after yourself. Do you still find it hard at times to push ahead with some health habits? I guess the children’s stories challenge is a healthy habit in positive change of achieving goals. Also looking at starting exercise again that was beneficial especially stretching. I enjoy a walk to the local creek. Yes the eating important as I react to some foods and all the more motivation needed when alone. Madonna


  2. I feel the same way! I just started Insanity at the beginning of this week and I love it. Also I started a new “eating clean” diet. And I’ve been using all organic bath products for about a year. I feel great!
