52 Ideas for Random Acts of Kindness

kind

Sometimes, you just want to give back. It feels good to donate, volunteer, or give, both for those on the receiving end and for you, too. In fact, studies have found that actively trying to be kind can make you a happier person. If you’re anything like me, though, sometimes figuring out what to do is more challenging than actually doing it. So I’ve compiled a list of 52 different acts of kindness to try the next time you’re feeling generous — one for each week of the year!

If you’re feeling extra ambitious, write each act of kindness on a strip of paper and stick it in a jar. Each week, pick a new “act” and commit to making it happen that week. (And be sure to check out the printable version below!)
